Agreement to Access Casee

I understand and agree to follow the North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct and/or the South Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct whichever governs attorney-client privileged information (“ACPI”). I agree that all information, documents, media and anything else contained herein is ACPI and agree to restrict any viewing of ACPI to employees of James S. Farrin, P.C (“Firm”). I will not download nor “screenshot” any ACPI onto any device including computers, tablets, mobile phone and any other device not owned/controlled by the Firm (“Non-Firm Device”). I will delete, in every location, any ACPI inadvertently downloaded onto a Non-Firm Device immediately. If I am accessing via a Non-Firm Device, I agree to first have updated virus protection and will not logon until I have done so. In any event use of this information is restricted to activites that advance the clients' interests and explicitly approved by the Firm. I agree to this disclaimer
